Next Event: Professional Speaker: Scott Moody

We are having a meeting on October 15th at 5 pm in Daniels Hall room 353 with SME & IIE with guest speaker F. Scott Moody.  He is cofounder of AuthenTec (leading provider of security and identity management solutions) which was acquired by Apple in 2012 and created the fingerprint sensor now in the new TouchID on the iPhone 5S.  Moody is a graduate of NC State from the Industrial Engineering Department and will be talking about his company, his career, his entrepreneurial spirit and much more.  He will be bringing in a few of his first prototypes to look at and will be answering any general questions as time permits.  We are trying to get a lot of interested people to hear him speak so please pass on the word to anyone who would enjoy seeing him speak.
