Application Requirements

Your application should be typewritten using a standard twelve point font with one inch margins. The following items must be addressed and presented in the order indicated below. Please label each item as indicated. Your application must include: this cover page, an unofficial transcript (may be printed off of the NCSU Registration and Records web page), academic totals and up to four (4) pages of narrative. Applications that exceed page and font specifications will not be considered.
